Annubis Productions held multiple auditions in New York City and at the Allen Theatre in Annville, Pennsylvania in an effort to find the right actors for The Creek. Angel - Kathryn Merry (www.kathrynmerry.com)
Look for Kathryn as leading lady Maggie Dylan in Kevin Higgin’s slasher flick Plasterhead, which was released throughout North America on October 2nd (check out Netflix, Blockbusters or Hollywood video). In 2007 she shot a leading role in the romantic comedy The Cult of Sincerity (www.cultofsincerity.com). Fave theatre credits include: Off-Broadway & US National Tour of Othello (Desdemona) with Aquila Theatre Company, Moon Over Buffalo (Roz) at Northern Stage, Much Ado About Nothing (Hero) at La Jolla Playhouse. Coop - Brian Jesiolowski (www.brianjesiolowski.com)
Born and raised in Lebanon, PA, Brian currently resides in the Philadelphia area where he hones his acting and comedic skills through a veritable bevy of mercurial life experiences. Best known for his role on the 2004 undefeated St. Joseph's University basketball team, Brian is now excited about his chance to help make The Creek a huge success by bringing his character Coop to life. You can catch Brian in his on-screen debut as a Russian basketball player in the feature film "Failure to Launch" which hits theaters on March 10.
Elise - Nancy Soulliard
Nancy originally hails from the Lebanon, PA area but currently resides in New Jersey. Minoring in theatre at Kutztown University, she honed her acting skills. When not acting, she's painting or riding her horse, Rose. You can view her artwork at www.nancysoulliard.com. She is excited to bring the character of Elise to life...and possibly a bloody, horrifying death.
Calvin - Dave Foster (www.thedavefoster.com)
Dave is an up-and-coming actor looking forward to taking part in his first feature film. A resident of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Dave continues to work toward achieving his dream of becoming an all-around entertainer through his writing, broadcasting, filmmaking and acting. A graduate of the world-renowned Millersville University Broadcasting program, Dave continues to make tapes that break hearts and tickle your laughable fancies.
Jesse - Erik Soulliard (www.eriksoulliard.com)
Erik Soulliard is currently focusing on film in the NYC area. He has been building his reel and resume with strong roles in independent and student films. Erik can be seen in the feature horror film The Murder Game (www.murdergamemovie.com) which was released by Warner Home Video on September 4th 2007. You can pick it up at Best Buy, Blockbuster, and most other DVD outlets.
Billy - Tim Jesiolowski (www.moonshineroad.net)
Tim was born and raised in Lebanon PA. Armed with his six-string and his birthright to rock, Tim currently plays guitar in his hard rock blues band Moonshine Road. Previously, Tim has contributed music for the Annubis Productions' short film, Interrogation (www.interrogationfilm.com). Once again, Tim collaborates with songwriter Andrew C. Strauss for the score of The Creek. He looks forward to playing the character of Billy and conjuring up his "inner ghostly powers".
Emily - Melissa Rhoads
Melissa Rhoads currently studies at The Barrow Group Theatre School. She has appeared around the NYC off-off circuit in productions of Midsummer Night's Dream (as a butch-biker lesbian Lysander), The Break-Up (as a trophy wife), and Juice and Nuts (as a mental patient). She is looking forward to running through the woods and
screaming.
